Ofsted registered
Ofsted Registered
We are proud to be Ofsted registered, meaning we meet all required child welfare legislation and uphold strict Safeguarding and Health & Safety standards.
Our Ofsted setting reference number is 2803367
Being Ofsted registered means:
We fully comply with all relevant child welfare regulations
We follow rigorous Safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures
Every teacher holds an enhanced DBS check
A qualified first aider is present at every lesson
Parents have the reassurance that we are recognised and regulated by a government body
We accept Childcare Vouchers
It’s surprising that tutors and tutoring companies are not automatically required to follow safeguarding procedures. With The Pass Masters, you can be confident that your child is learning in a safe, regulated environment.
Our Ofsted registration also allows parents to pay for lessons using Childcare Vouchers and access the government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme.
Our Ofsted setting reference number is 2803367 and we are registered with most major voucher providers.
The teachers at The Pass Masters are passionate about making high‑quality tutoring accessible to every family.

Once you have a childcare account, you can pay money into your account by Direct Debit, standing order or bank transfer.
Your payment will usually appear in your childcare account within one working day. The government’s payment is added at the same time. You can then pay your childcare provider.
You must sign in to your childcare account every 3 months to confirm you’re still eligible. If you do not, your Tax-Free Childcare will stop.

If you joined a childcare voucher scheme or a directly contracted childcare scheme on or before 4 October 2018
You can keep getting vouchers or directly contracted childcare as long as:

you do not take an unpaid career break of longer than a year
You can take up to £55 a week of your wages, which you do not pay tax or National Insurance on.
How much you can take depends on the amount you earn and when you joined the scheme.
